BlankPicture
DescriptionBlankPicture is a set of a few files that can be used to create either
an applet or an application by modifying PicturePanel.java.
The class PictureApplet.java is an applet that displays a
PicturePanel.
Contrary to the name, it is actually not blank--it draws a few simple shapes so you can
tell it is working.
